Empowering Young Leaders: Success of the RYLA Seminar in Suances by the Rotary Club of Torrelavega-Cantabria

The recent RYLA (Rotary Youth Leadership Awards), organized by the Rotary Club of Torrelavega under the presidency of Javier Rodríguez held in Suances from February 23 to 25, brought together 18 extraordinary young people. Lectures and group dynamics were conducted, offering highly relevant content for the participants' training. With a special emphasis on the RYLA motto: C.L.I.C. (Communication, Leadership, Imagination, and Growth), a program was designed with top-level speakers and very comprehensive content. The young people had fun and at the same time forged new friendships among themselves.

The magnificent atmosphere of the venue and the involvement of Juan Corsario Losada as the Director of the event, provided the perfect backdrop to foster the personal and professional growth of these future leaders. In addition, the support of the District 2202 Governor Raül Font-Quer underscored Rotary's commitment to the development of emerging talents.
